Terms of service

Last updated October 19, 2026

1. Who we are

LSAT JET is run by Alan Shtrahman, a sole proprietor doing business as LSAT JET ("LSAT JET", "we" or "us"). You can reach us at alan@lsatjet.com. These terms apply when you buy a seat in a January 2027 LSAT course.

2. What you're buying

A seat in one of two live courses, each with 6 live 3-hour sessions on Zoom, 6:00–9:00 pm ET:

  • 170+ Plateau-Breaker (Already Studying & Retakers): Saturdays, Sat Nov 21, 2026, Sat Dec 5, 2026, Sat Dec 12, 2026, Sat Dec 19, 2026, Sat Jan 2, 2027, Sat Jan 9, 2027.
  • LSAT Foundations (Beginners): Sundays, Sun Nov 22, 2026, Sun Dec 6, 2026, Sun Dec 13, 2026, Sun Dec 20, 2026, Sun Jan 3, 2027, Sun Jan 10, 2027.

Every session is recorded. Your seat includes the recordings, the handouts and access to the LSAT JET Practice area through Feb 13, 2027.

3. Prices and payment

Tuition is $295. You can pay it in full, or pay a $49 deposit that is credited toward the $295. If you pay a deposit, the $246 balance is due Thu Nov 19, 2026 for the Saturday track or Fri Nov 20, 2026 for the Sunday track. We email you a private link to pay it.

Stripe processes all payments. If you choose Klarna or Affirm at checkout, that provider's own terms govern your payment plan with them. A promotion code applies only to the purchase it was entered on and can't be exchanged for cash.

4. Holding your seat

If your balance is still unpaid when Session 1 starts, your seat is released and your deposit is refunded.

Each track runs with at least 5 paid deposits by Sat Nov 14, 2026. If one track is short, its students merge into the other; if both together have fewer than 5, every deposit is refunded in full. Your deposit is fully refundable any time before Session 2.

If your track merges into the other one, anyone who can't attend the other day or has no seat there gets a full refund.

5. Switching tracks

You can switch to the other track any time before Session 2, if it has an open seat. Email alan@lsatjet.com and we'll move you.

6. Refunds

Everything you've paid is fully refundable until Session 2 starts. After that there are no refunds, except as described in section 7 and in the go/no-go rule above. The details are in our Refund policy.

7. If we cancel a session

If LSAT JET cancels a session, we'll hold a live make-up session within 14 days. If we can't, we'll refund 1/6 of what you paid for each session that isn't made up.

8. Missing a class yourself

If you miss a session, you can watch the recording. Missed sessions aren't refunded.

9. Course materials and recordings

The recordings, handouts, drills and Practice area are for your personal study only. Please don't share, sell or repost them. The real LSAT questions we use are licensed from LSAC. LSAT is a registered trademark of the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), which does not sponsor or endorse LSAT JET.

10. Conduct

We may remove a student who harasses others or shares course materials. If we do, we'll refund the sessions you haven't attended yet, unless you were removed for sharing materials.

11. No score guarantee

We teach the skills the LSAT tests, but your score depends on your own work and on test day. We don't guarantee any score or admissions result.

12. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to buy a seat.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LSAT JET's total liability to you for anything related to a course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version you agreed to at checkout (this one is version 2026-10-19) applies to your purchase.
